Projects or BAU Services?
What we offer
Our business can be separated into two types: Projects and BAU Support and Enhancements. We can wither support you with the odd projects as and when your business requires it or we can provide the BAU support and/or enhancements.
Projects
This works well if your business is looking to enhance or add functionality or add improvements to the Salesforce platform every now and again. You can provide us with the step by step documentation of how your process or change should work and we will implement or set that up for you or you can tell us what you'd like to happen, we'll do the analysis, establish the requirements, provide you with a step by step action and if all agreed, configure the implementation or setup.
We will charge only for the project itself, with costs being dependent on complexity of the project, length of time and skillset required to deliver the project.
BAU support and enhancements
This is the option to take if your business requires regular support along with the need for platform improvements and enhancements. We do not charge for analysis given the long term partnership but we require an initial payment for 40 hours which will be allocated as credit to your account.
When you opt for this option, you will have access to your account page where you can sign in to raise tickets and view progress, view our partnership documents and manage your account.
