It is not easy to give an estimate for projects as we need to understand the level of work and skills required for it. Even a simple undertaking can actually turn into something more complex and indeed, something that may seem complex initially can turn out to actually be quite straightforward.

However we wanted to give you a guidance on our levels or pricing which, in short, is dependent on the level of skills required to deliver the project.
Admin Config
This is the lowest level, though by no means unimportant. Basic configuration, setup, objects, custom fields creation, validation rules, basic reports and dashboards, users creation, profiles and permissions, etc come under this tier. In a setup project this level will consume most of the hours but is the lowest cost per hour.
Automations and Integrations
This is the second tier of pricing and it is applicable for those projects or parts of the projects where automating processes and strong integrations setups are required to maximise efficiencies of your operational activities. Flow creations along with basic coding of simple Apex actions and components as well as third party platform integrations and App exchange product installations are included in this tier.
This level can complete testing and debugs as well as deployments to production.
Business Analysis
This third tier is crucial in designated analysis of your platform but also in projects where there is no requirements documentation, user stories, etc.
This tier requires knowledge of the various Salesforce products, has experience with operational activities and not only, can write on point documentation and outline steps to deliver the project.
Unless the project requires a complete business analysis, this tier will consume little hours if any.
DevOps
This tier incurs the highest cost and is responsible to deliver efficient codes to cover areas where told available are not enough or as efficient.
Every option is explored before this tier is used though, we prefer, as t is with the vast majority of cases, it is not necessary to adopt code development.
